We are not a big studio. We are not a freelancer with a fancy name. We are two people who know Namibia, know tourism, and know how to build websites that work — without the jargon, the bloat, or the runaround.
WHERE WE COME FROM
We kept seeing the same thing: incredible tourism businesses — lodges carved into the desert, guides who knew the land like the back of their hand, campsites that had been running for decades — with websites that did none of that justice. Stock photos. Broken booking forms (or none at all) and pages that hadn’t been updated since 2014.
The operators weren’t lazy. They were busy. Running a lodge is a full-time job that spills into every hour you own. Building a digital presence is a whole other trade. Our trade.
Riverside Media started with a simple belief: that a Namibian tourism business deserves a website as considered and enduring as the landscape it operates in and as devoted as the people who made it. We build those websites, and give your business an online identity, worthy of its offline counterpart.

WhatsApp, email, a call — if you send it during business hours, you hear back before the day is out. No ticket systems, no waiting rooms.
Every site we build is one we'd put our own name on. If it's not good enough for Riversand, it doesn't go out the door.
If the N$2,000 tier is the right fit, we'll say so. We're not here to upsell you into a build that's bigger than your business.
You'll leave with a site you can actually manage. We walk you through everything, and we don't disappear the moment the invoice is settled.
